Terms of Use

By downloading or using Golf Shot Maker – Ball Trace Studio ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Golf Shot Maker. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Purchases and Plans

The App offers the following ways to unlock Pro features:

  • Lifetime Purchase (recommended): A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently unlocks all Pro features. Price may vary by region (¥1,980 in Japan). This purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law and Apple's refund policies.
  • Monthly Subscription: ¥600 / month (exact price may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

Free users may export up to 2 videos per month. Pro users enjoy unlimited exports and an ad-free experience.

Important for users switching from a subscription to a Lifetime Purchase: Purchasing the Lifetime option does not automatically cancel any active subscription. If you hold both, you may be charged for the subscription until you cancel it manually via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Watermark

Exported videos for free users include a small app watermark. Pro users (Lifetime or Monthly) can export without a watermark.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all videos you process with the App. We do not claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any video you import.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
  • Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to circumvent purchase verification or export limits.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

ゴルフ弾道メーカー – 軌道トレーサー（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロードまたはご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。よくお読みください。

1. 規約への同意

本規約は、お客様とGolf Shot Maker開発者との間の法的拘束力を持つ契約です。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。

2. ライセンス

本規約およびApple App Store利用規約に従い、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイスで本アプリを使用する、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。

3. 購入プラン

本アプリでは以下の方法でProプランをご利用いただけます：

  • 買い切り（おすすめ）: 一度の購入でProの全機能を永久にご利用いただける非消耗型アプリ内課金です。価格は地域により異なります（日本: ¥1,980）。適用法およびAppleの返金ポリシーが要求する場合を除き、原則として返金はできません。
  • 月額プラン: 月600円（地域により価格が異なる場合があります）。お支払いは購入確定時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。Apple IDのアカウント設定からいつでもサブスクリプションを管理・解約できます。

無料ユーザーは月2本まで動画を書き出せます。Proユーザーは無制限の書き出しと広告なし体験をお楽しみいただけます。

サブスクから買い切りに移行するお客様へ: 買い切りを購入しても、有効なサブスクリプションは自動的に解約されません。両方が有効な場合、手動で解約するまでサブスクの課金が継続します。設定アプリ → Apple ID → サブスクリプション からご解約ください。

4. 透かしロゴ

無料ユーザーの書き出し動画にはアプリの透かしロゴが表示されます。Proユーザー（買い切り・月額）はロゴなしで書き出せます。

5. ユーザーコンテンツ

本アプリで処理した動画の所有権はお客様に帰属します。当方はお客様のコンテンツに対していかなる権利も主張しません。インポートする動画について利用権を有することを確認する責任はお客様にあります。

6. 禁止事項

  • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル。
  • 違法な目的での本アプリの使用。
  • 購入認証や書き出し制限を回避しようとする行為。

7. 保証の免責

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。中断のない、またはエラーのない動作は保証しません。

8. 責任の制限

法律で許容される最大限の範囲で、本アプリのご利用から生じる間接的・付随的・派生的な損害について当方は責任を負いません。

9. 規約の変更

本規約はいつでも更新される場合があります。変更後も引き続きアプリをご利用いただいた場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

10. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

골프 탄도 메이커 – 샷 트레이서("앱")를 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 주의 깊게 읽어 주세요.

1. 약관 동의

본 약관은 귀하와 Golf Shot Maker 개발자 간의 법적 구속력이 있는 계약을 구성합니다. 동의하지 않으실 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.

2. 라이선스

본 약관 및 Apple App Store 이용약관에 따라 귀하가 소유하거나 관리하는 Apple 기기에서 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

3. 구매 플랜

앱은 다음과 같은 방법으로 Pro 기능을 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다:

  • 평생 이용권 (추천): 한 번의 결제로 Pro의 모든 기능을 영구적으로 이용할 수 있는 비소모성 인앱 구매입니다. 가격은 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. 관련 법률 및 Apple 환불 정책이 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다.
  • 월간 구독: 월 ₩600 (지역에 따라 가격이 다를 수 있습니다). 결제는 구매 확인 시 Apple ID 계정에 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. Apple ID 계정 설정에서 언제든지 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.

무료 사용자는 월 최대 2개의 동영상을 내보낼 수 있습니다. Pro 사용자는 무제한 내보내기와 광고 없는 환경을 즐길 수 있습니다.

구독에서 평생 이용권으로 전환하는 사용자에게: 평생 이용권을 구매해도 기존 구독이 자동으로 취소되지 않습니다. 두 가지가 모두 활성 상태인 경우 수동으로 취소할 때까지 구독 요금이 계속 청구됩니다. 설정 → Apple ID → 구독에서 취소해 주세요.

4. 워터마크

무료 사용자가 내보낸 동영상에는 앱 워터마크가 표시됩니다. Pro 사용자(평생 이용권·월간 구독)는 워터마크 없이 내보낼 수 있습니다.

5. 사용자 콘텐츠

앱으로 처리하는 모든 동영상의 소유권은 귀하에게 있습니다. 당사는 귀하의 콘텐츠에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 가져오는 동영상을 사용할 권리가 있는지 확인할 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.

6. 금지 사항

  • 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 역어셈블.
  • 불법적인 목적으로 앱 사용.
  • 구매 인증 또는 내보내기 제한을 우회하려는 시도.

7. 보증 면책

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 중단 없거나 오류 없는 작동을 보장하지 않습니다.

8. 책임 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

9. 약관 변경

본 약관은 언제든지 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하시면 새로운 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

10. 준거법

본 약관은 일본 법률의 적용을 받습니다.
